Coach Scott McInnes

Coach McInnes enters his 16th season as the Head Basketball Coach at Millbrook High School and his 21st season as a Head High School Basketball Coach in which he has accumulated 426 career wins.
Coach McInnes is the winningest coach in Millbrook Basketball history with 282 wins, he set the all-time record with a win vs. Knightdale on November 24th, 2009. Millbrook has qualified for the NCHSAA Playoffs in all 14 of Coach McInnes' seasons on the bench, including 6 regional appearances, and 1 state championship appearance.
To accompany his postseason achievements are 9 conference regular season championships with Millbrook including four in a row (2012-2015). Versus Wildcat conference opponents, Coach McInnes has a record of 134-33 (.802) and he has twice led the Wildcats to 26 win seasons (2001-02, 2014-15) which are the most in program history. On December 22nd, 2014 McInnes coached his 400th game at Millbrook and on January 27th, 2015 he won his 300th career game at Millbrook as the Wildcats defeated Wake Forest High School.
In his coaching career between Bunn High School and Millbrook, McInnes has been named Conference Coach of the Year 8 times, District Coach of the Year 3 times, and Triangle Hoops Coach of the Year 3 times. In 2012 Coach McInnes was named an assistant coach for the Jordan Brand Classic All-Star Game in Charlotte, NC and in 2014 he was selected as the assistant coach of the East All-Stars in the NCCA All-Star Game in Greensboro, NC.
Coach McInnes graduated from Millbrook in 1987 and North Carolina State University in 1991.

Coach Christopher Davis
-Associate Head Coach, Varsity-
Coach Davis enters his 15th season as the Associate Head Coach at Millbrook. Prior to that, Davis spent 3 seasons as an assistant at Leesville Road, making the 2015-16 campaign, his 19th season of coaching high school basketball in the area. From 2001 to 2013, Davis served as the Head Coach of Millbrook's JV team, and in those 12 seasons, the Wildcats finished 1st Place in the conference 9 times.
Davis got his coaching start with the AAU Raleigh Heat Basketball Club, and helped coach the team to the 17U National AAU Championship in 1999. Coach Davis remains on the bench in the AAU circuit as he coached the WCBA 16U Blue team during the summer of 2015. He has been on Millbrook's coaching staff for 9 conference championships, 7 regional appearances, and 1 state championship appearance. In 2012, Davis was named an assistant coach for the Jordan Brand Classic All-Star Game in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Christopher graduated from Enloe High School in 1990, and North Carolina State University in 1995.
Over two dozen athletes at Millbrook have gone on to play collegiate basketball under the tutelage of Coach Davis.

Coach Julius McKinley
-Assistant Coach, Varsity-
Coach McKinley enters his third season as an assistant basketball coach at Millbrook High School and his fourth season overall as an assistant coach. Prior to joining the staff at Millbrook, McKinley was an assistant coach at Wake Forest High School and Word of God Christian Academy. He has had the chance to coach three of the top players in the state of North Carolina in Josh Newkirk of Pittsburgh, along with Campbell's Shane Whitfield and Chris Clemons. He coached the Capital City All-Stars to a win in the Inaugural RDU All-Star Game in 2015 with the help of Millbrook alum's Robert Brown, Andrew Evans, Brandon Goldsmith, and Chris Clemons.
Over the course of his brief coaching career McKinley has helped develop and mentor some of the top players in the area and currently has 20 players at the JUCO, D2 and D1 level. McKinley has aspirations of becoming a head coach at the high school and collegiate level.
Julius is an alumni of Millbrook High School, class of 2001. While at Millbrook, McKinley was a varsity basketball player and also named an outstanding senior.
McKinley is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Coach Jamal Williams
-Assistant Coach, Varsity-
Coach Williams enters his third season as an assistant coach at Millbrook. He has coached basketball, track, and football between schools in both Virginia and North Carolina. Jamal joined the basketball program at Millbrook after a stint at Randolph Henry High School in Charlotte Court House, Virginia.
In his first year on the Wildcat bench, Williams assisted the Varsity team along with being the Head Coach of the Freshman team. 2015-16 begins his second season as a full-time Varsity assistant. He too coached in the Inaugural RDU All-Star Game in 2015 along with Coach McKinley, Rob Brown, Chris Clemons, Andrew Evans, and Brandon Goldsmith.
A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Williams works in conjuction with the administration at Millbrook as a .
Away from Millbrook, Coach Williams is a well recognized rapper, actor, and author by the name of Rise Rashid. Since joining the coaching staff, 10 graduates of the basketball program have gone on to play collegiately.
Coach Philip Ledford
-Head Coach, Junior Varsity-
Coach Ledford begins his 15th season with the Millbrook Basketball Program and his 3rd as the Head Coach of the JV team. He has served 13 years as an assistant with the Varsity team, and he coached the Freshman team during their first two seasons of existance.

Coach Nobles enters his 2nd season as the Head Coach of the Freshman Basketball team after guiding them to a 10-3 record in 2015-16.
